In this role, you will:

  • Greet and assist patients through the specimen collection process.
  • Perform various medical procedures like phlebotomies and ECG tracings.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare specimens for transportation and testing.

The ideal candidate will have empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

  • Must have completed a Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in phlebotomy and ECG training is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to maintain patient privacy and work well in a team.
