• Wage: $41.35/hour

Must Haves:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program or equivalent
• Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
• Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
• Clear Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check
• Effective communication skills in English

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in gerontology preferred
• MDS education (Gold Care or Point Click Care)

Responsibilities:

• Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions
• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Ensuring compliance with infection control practices
• Assessing residents' health status and needs
• Connecting and collaborating with healthcare professionals
