As a General Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning assigned areas, recovering merchandise, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with the sale of goods by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with other associates to ensure seamless floor coverage and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset. You will also need to be able to work in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
