Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager(s) of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of patient care within the Pediatric Hemodialysis unit. This will include supporting and administration of hemodialysis therapy, administration of day medicine infusions, and providing clinical support of other acute care pediatric areas when needed.

Experience
- Previous experience in acute care pediatric nursing is preferred
- Experience in hemodialysis or continuous renal replacement therapy is an asset
- Two (2) years experience in Acute Care
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Care of the Patient with Kidney Disease training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
