Full Time Sales Associate, Pandora NAM
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Pandora NAM team. As the largest jewellery brand in the world, we empower people to express themselves through our beautiful products.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our customers, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans. You will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers to style their jewellery.

- Deliver a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals and building a genuine connection with our fans.
- Embody the store culture, filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment, displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Results-oriented sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on care and charm in customer interactions.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Age 18 or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
