We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at BUILD RITE HOMES LTD. As a Roofing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and leading a team of roofing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor to optimize project profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in roofing supervision or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
