Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients in a primary health care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community development, health promotion, and disease prevention. They will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive care to patients in a primary health care setting
    • Develop and implement community-based health promotion programs
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
    • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
    • Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
    • Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Specialization
  • Experience:
    • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
    • One year of experience in community development and health promotion
  • Licenses and Certifications:
    • Valid Class 5 driver's license
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
