We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with stocking and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zone Management: Ensure the dairy and frozen food departments are well-organized and visually appealing, with all products properly signed and priced.
  • Inventory Management: Rotate stock, check for expired products, and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies for cleanliness and safety.
  • Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and signed, with all promotional materials and signage in place.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures.
Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a grocery or food service environment.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or hospitality.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
