As a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to fresh and high-quality produce. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Zones the produce department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product visibility.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain a high-quality product offering.
• Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet company standards.
• Adheres to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning protocols.
• Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and stocking merchandise.
• Ensures the department is fully stocked and ready for business, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment is an asset.
