Job Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Coordinator for Translation
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator for Translation, you will play a key role in preparing content for distribution to translators, tracking files through the translation process, and running quality checks on the content. You will work closely with the customer and project team to ensure a high-quality translated deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare files for external translation and track against set dates.
- Communicate with translation vendors and internal teams.
- Work with other project managers to ensure the translation process runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Run internal tools and scripts required by the translation process.
- Prepare files for review and publishing.
- Assist with managing and monitoring the translation system.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks. You should be able to learn new processes and follow instructions, and have clear and effective communication skills, especially written communication.
