Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including cash reconciliation, opening, and closing procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
