Job Summary

Steele Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless financing and insurance experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison between lenders and clients: Facilitate communication between our lending partners and clients to ensure their automotive financing needs are met.
  • Finance and insurance processing: Process lease and finance deals in a timely manner, adhering to lending institution and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Client advisory services: Advise clients on insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their overall experience.
  • Training and support: Provide the sales team with up-to-date training on programs, options, and products to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Documentation and record-keeping: Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven sales background: A minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Industry expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive finance industry, including prime, subprime, and non-traditional finance principles.
  • Credit analysis skills: Ability to read and analyze credit bureau reports.
