Niagara Casinos is a luxury hotel that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to its guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented and conscientious professional to join our team as a Room Attendant.

Job Summary:

  • Clean and maintain 14 rooms per day, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Remove sheets from beds, make beds, empty garbage containers, dust and vacuum floors, and clean bathrooms
  • Replenish amenities and inspect equipment for damage or malfunction
  • Respond to guest calls and clean common areas as needed
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to guests
  • Lift up to 20 pounds, push and pull up to 30 pounds repetitively throughout your shift
  • Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
  • Have thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
  • Work independently and as part of a team that supports and helps one another
  • Be flexible to support a 24/7 operation

Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully pass a physical pre-placement assessment
