Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning Assistant

• Provide responsive client contact management through telephone, fax and email requests.
• Develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.
• Manage office routines to maintain efficiency.
Requirements:
• Sales-oriented, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the mortgage process are assets.
