Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquets Porter to join our team at Delta Hotels Beausejour. As a Banquets Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquets and events. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the banquet areas, as well as assisting with the setup and breakdown of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including the removal of trash and recyclables, and the restocking of linens and supplies.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including the transportation of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
