As a Grocery Associate at Walmart Canada, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store appearance, and assist with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Follows food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Assists with ordering, clearance, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensures the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
  • Follows Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures.
