About the Role

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a part-time Ophthalmic Specialist with subspecialty training in oculoplastics and orbit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent surgical skills and have completed a one-year post-residency fellowship in oculoplastics and orbit. A permanent office within the Fraser Health Authority is required, and a minimum of three years of post-training practice experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality eye care services to patients
• Perform surgical procedures in oculoplastics and orbit
• Establish and maintain a permanent office within the Fraser Health Authority
• Contribute to the development of ophthalmic services within the authority

Requirements

• Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
• Completion of a one-year post-residency fellowship in oculoplastics and orbit
• Three years of post-training practice experience
• Commitment to community service, research, and teaching
