About the Role

We're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Delivery team for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for digital campaigns, social media, and email communications for a wide range of partners.

This is a hybrid role, working 5 days over 2 week period in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute design projects, creating visually appealing and well-executed designs for various mediums, such as email, digital, and social media, adhering to both brand and channel requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop insights into their brand and campaign needs, creating mock-ups for creative approval and working closely with the Marketing Delivery team to ensure high-impact visuals meet expectations and achieve cohesion between design and messaging
  • Produce assets, creating, optimizing, and repurposing existing assets, images, and templates for direct channels, including email, push notifications, web, app, and social media, ensuring they all adhere to Scene+ brand guidelines
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, conducting thorough reviews and proofreading to catch any errors or inconsistencies in design files, typography, colours, and layouts before final production or distribution

Requirements

  • The experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven design and production environment, successfully balancing multiple marketing projects at different stages
  • High proficiency with industry-standard design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • A growth mindset and a results-oriented approach, with a deep appreciation for diverse ideas and approaches
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams and with stakeholders
