Home Care Nurse position available in Prince Albert, providing professional nursing care to meet clients' physical, psychological, and emotional needs.

Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.

The Home Care Nurse will work with clients to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support to clients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and a valid Class 5 driver's license. A Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing, Nursing diploma, or Psychiatric Nursing diploma may also be acceptable. Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) is required.

The Home Care Nurse will be registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
