Nous sommes à la recherche d'une ou d'un analyste, contrôles internes pour contribuer à mettre en place les meilleures pratiques en matière de contrôle interne dans un contexte SOX et d'implantation de système ERP. Vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir, d'acquérir et de mettre à profit plusieurs compétences et connaissances reliées au cycle comptable et à la publication d'informations financières d'une entreprise publique. L'analyste des contrôles internes travaillera de concert avec les différentes équipes mondiales des finances afin de favoriser l'amélioration de la qualité de l'information financière.

VOS LIVRABLES DE LA PREMIÈRE ANNÉE

  • Vous intégrer dans votre service et votre rôle tout en développant une relation de confiance avec vos différents intervenants.
  • Vous approprier certains cycles opérationnels de l'organisation, déterminer les zones de risque dans les différentes étapes de préparation de l'information financière et collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin de proposer des solutions créatives et efficaces pour y remédier.
  • Vous familiariser avec les requis relatifs au règlement 52-109, à la Loi Sarbanes-Oxley et aux méthodes de documentation du contrôle interne.

VOUS AUREZ L'OCCASION DE:

  • Déterminer, définir et évaluer les contrôles internes en place afin d'atteindre les objectifs de certification.
  • Cerner de façon proactive les enjeux qui pourraient mettre à risque la certification de l'information financière.
  • Coordonner l'exécution des tests de contrôle dans chacune de nos divisions.
  • Appuyer les équipes du programme de certification de l'information financière situées dans chacune des divisions.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus avec les gestionnaires de finance et d'autres fonctions.

VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou un M.B.A.
  • Titre comptable ou en processus d'obtention.
  • Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Bilinguisme essentiel tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français/anglais).
  • Minutieux, très bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Autonome et bon sens de l'initiative.
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail multitâches.
  • Passion et curiosité envers les produits, clients et marchés de BRP.
