The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, easy-to-use, and delightful products for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design products with purpose, utilizing research and creativity
  • Execute high-quality visual design
  • Leverage creative thinking to explore different solutions, concepts, and ideas
  • Conduct design studio sessions in a collaborative and thought-provoking environment
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to design systems that improve the quality and consistency of our product UI/UX
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working in UX design
  • Obsession with simplifying complex user experience flows
  • Great sensibility for design and aesthetics
  • Research mindset that aims to investigate problems, leverage UX methods to uncover findings, and elaborate on solutions accordingly
  • Understanding of Lean/Agile approaches when researching and implementing solutions
  • Firm grasp of how to develop and work within design systems and patterns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, combined with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must provide a design portfolio showcasing UX design projects with beautiful hi-fi design mockups
