Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Assist customers with carry-outs or carry-ins, verify receipts, and respond promptly to requests at all registers.
  2. Cart Collection: Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lots, and store perimeters, and return them to a safe storage location using Walmart-approved procedures.
  3. Facilities Maintenance: Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, handle chemicals, and follow correct disposal procedures.
  4. Safety and Emergency Procedures: Adhere to safety guidelines, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, and complete safety sweeps as required.
  5. Log Maintenance: Maintain the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically able to lift and move carts. You should also be able to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment

This position is located at a Walmart Canada store, where you will work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and efficient retail environment.
