Requirements

• Experience in casting, talent management, or a similar role within the modeling or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
• A deep understanding of the modeling industry and an eye for identifying talent that matches specific project needs.
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management, as well as familiarity with industry-specific platforms.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work independently.
