Job Description

As a Service Shop Technician, you will interact with customers, assess their needs, and setup, repair, and maintain their sporting equipment. You will play a key role in helping athletes get back to living "The Power of Sport" by ensuring their equipment is serviced to the manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble different types of ski & Snowboards
  • Mount, wax, and tune ski & snowboards
  • Maintain snow equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to support your team in achieving performance targets
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Minimum 6 months of previous work experience in a ski/snowboard shop
  • Some, Intermediate, or Advanced experience working on skis or snowboards
  • Previous ski, snowboard experience
Educational Level

High School education
