We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients in a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum level of functioning.
- Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- A competitive salary range of $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range)
