Join our team at Silver Hills Bakery, a company dedicated to inspiring individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. As a Warehouse Freezer Associate, you will play a key role in contributing to our continued success in a fast-paced and dynamic production work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety and quality standards as set out by the company.
  • Locate, pick, wrap, and stage outgoing product in the freezer environment.
  • Perform material handling, inventory, clean-up, packaging, and other elemental activities in processing and manufacturing.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, aisles, and workstations neat, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure the integrity of products by storing them at appropriate temperatures and reporting any variances.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually and using powered equipment.
  • Check, weigh, and count materials and products.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Forklift Certificate
  • Able to lift 25kg repeatedly
  • Ability to work in a freezer environment (-18°C)
  • Basic RF and computerized WMS knowledge
  • Able to work flexible shifts
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
