\tWe currently have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor at our Richardson Port Terminal located in Sorel, Quebec. \r
\r

\tReporting to the Director, Operations, this position is responsible for the supervision of staff in a unionized environment. The main responsibilities include supporting the movement of grain through the terminal facility; communicating with vessel owners, ship agents, regulatory bodies, and related industry and company personnel as well as the training and development of personnel in workplace safety standards, work practices and job tasks.\r

\tQualified candidates will be self-starters with a minimum of five years of operational experience working in a unionized environment as well as be fluently bilingual (French and English). Demonstrated attention to workplace safety; previous supervisory experience; solid knowledge of computerized management software; and willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.\r
