About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Spa Massage Therapist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. As a key member of our spa team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Perform massage therapy treatments in accordance with Four Seasons' high standards.
- Organize and maintain therapy cabins, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Ensure guests receive quality treatments, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve spa goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and benefits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
- Professional training and membership with a recognized massage therapy association.
