Responsibilities:
  • Soak up knowledge like a sponge – you'll be shadowing our seasoned managers to learn the ins and outs of running a kick-ass retail operation.

  • Step up as a leader on the floor, rallying the team, and keeping the vibe positive and productive.

  • Be the go-to person for our crew – answering questions, providing guidance, and keeping everyone on track.

Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $20 - $26 per hour, your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
