Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized LPN program
• Active registration with the BCCNM
• Maintain Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
• Passes and complies with Ministry of Justice Criminal record Check upon hire and every 5 years thereafter.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in gerontology
• Familiarity with MDS education (Gold Care or Point Click Care).

Responsibilities:
Summary of responsibilites, but not limited to, include:

• Monitoring residents' physical and mental well-being
• Providing personalized care as needed
• Supporting emergency staffing
• Ensuring infection control practices are followed
• Assessing and addressing residents' health needs
