Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and coordinate project schedules, including resource allocation and conflict resolution.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure career growth and development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Education: An engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil, or Architecture.
  • Skills: Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills, experience managing and supervising staff, strong computer skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Project.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to demonstrate a stable career history, a track record of successfully completed projects, and exceptional communication, time management, and negotiating skills.
