Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the self-service area is clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options.
  • Promote company sponsor programs and charity initiatives.
  • Observe customer activities and provide assistance when needed.
  • Explain self-service interventions and quality checks to customers.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
  • Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues.
  • Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
