**Job Description**
**Retirement Consulting Intern**
**Company:** Willis Towers Watson (WTW)

**Duration:** Internship term
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in designing, funding, pricing, and implementing retirement programs
* Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
* Develop expertise in retirement plans, including asset/liability modeling and actuarial pension valuations
* Collaborate with consultants on client projects, including plan reporting and filing requirements
* Perform plan administrative tasks, such as benefit calculations and plan document reviews
**Qualifications:**
* Progress towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
* Strong technical and client service skills
* Passion for problem-solving and sharing solutions
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
