Job Description:
As an Educational Program Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting students with daily living skills, providing behaviour management support, and assisting with educational programs.
Work Schedule:
This is a 10-month position with a work schedule in accordance with the school year calendar. You will work a 6.1-hour shift, including 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Salary:
The starting annual salary for a 100% position is $35,817.70, including 4% vacation pay. Rates are based on a five-step scale with step increases occurring annually.
