GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Marketing Director for Gentle Transitions, a WellRive company, plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Move Management services within your assigned region. This position requires a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven professional who can oversee regional corporate marketing strategies and execute community-level marketing tactics to engage with the local active adult, senior living community, families, and partners.

Reports to: SVP Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Corporate Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs and demographics of the active and older adult population within your region. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate to create and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI (return on investment).
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain B2B corporate relationships with senior living operators, healthcare providers, real estate agents, and other key partners to drive referrals and business opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze marketing performance and provide reports to the corporate office, recommending adjustments to marketing strategies as necessary.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials within the region.

Local Community Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate and maintain active leads, fostering relationships with local influencers and professionals to drive client referrals.
  • Event Planning: Prioritize, organize, and oversee local events such as senior expos, presentations, and educational seminars to connect with the target audience and showcase our services.
  • Content Creation: Maintain an active professional social media presence.
  • Community Outreach: Establish a presence within the local senior community, attending senior center events, networking with local organizations, and providing informative presentations.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships by providing personalized support and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the relocation process.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain relationships with team members to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Some travel required within and outside of California.
  • Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in senior services, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of the active adult and senior population.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt marketing strategies to the local community and target audience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
