Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
  • Use established ticket-collection procedures during service periods.
  • Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment.
Requirements:
  • Two years of working experience as a grill cook or in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
