Who Are You:

  • As the first point of contact for guests, you make a great impression and provide a warm and cheerful welcome to diners.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of solving problems and multi-tasking with a smile on your face.
  • You have a passion for the fine-dining lifestyle; a foodie at heart.
  • You have a knack for remembering names and faces and an uncanny ability to build rapport with regular guests and clientele.
  • You are computer-savvy and pick-up new software quickly.

Need to Have:

  • Minimum of 1year experience in customerfocused role in fine dining or hospitality
  • A cheerful and friendly disposition
  • The ability to think on your feet in fastpaced environments
  • Experience in Seven Rooms or Open Table or similar reservations software
