Responsibilities:

- Educate clients on the benefits and features of different life insurance policies.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help clients make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining the coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
