UX Strategist

Description Our corporate financial services client is looking for a UX Strategist to join their team for 8 months at full-time hours.

• Working with XD (Experience, Design, Strategy) teams globally to adopt a common approach to XD measurement using a defined framework.
• Compiling and reporting on performance and improvement.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional team members to identify strengths and opportunities within the measurement framework, and inform the evolution of common measurement practices.
• Supporting ongoing maturity assessments including tool administration, survey deployment, data collection / analysis & insight generation.
• Building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders in Canada, US, and Asia to collaborate on measurement strategy and leverage existing approaches.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in experience design, user experience, behavioural economics, cognitive or social psychology, or similar with a degree in a related field.
• Experience with measuring and reporting on qualitative and quantitative metrics and analytics.
• Knowledge of current digital UX related standards and trends.
• Understanding of various measurement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and design skills.
• Experience partnering with diverse clients and various departments within a team environment. Agency/consulting experience a definite asset.
• Experience ranging across multiple digital channels, including web, mobile (web and native applications), and social channels.
• Ability to successfully manage and deliver on multiple projects in a highpaced environment.
