We are seeking a PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our Operations Quality team. This role involves product and process development through FMEA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading PFMEA activities from design to production, ensuring risk reduction activities are carried out correctly.
  • Mobilizing stakeholders to develop new approaches to substantiate assessed risk and eliminate it at source.
  • Prioritizing risks and providing justification for their resolution.
  • Improving processes to counter new production realities and ensuring they work properly.
  • Initiating problem-solving, control plan creation, and follow-up arising from the PFMEA.
  • Implementing risk monitoring processes.
  • Developing and standardizing PFMEA and monitoring practices to position the company as a centre of expertise.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • A technical bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline/experience.
  • Two to five years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills.
  • Recognized for rigour, structure, and autonomy.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Capacity to work in French on a daily basis.
  • Openness and ability to navigate uncertainty.
