Job Overview

As a Paid Service Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be an expert in all things beauty, guiding our clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will provide personalized beauty consultations, perform beauty services, and demonstrate product application. You will also stay current with beauty trends and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Perform beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrate product application and showcase expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
  • Knowledge about trending beauty products.
  • Passion for client service and selling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
