Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Casual Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, distributing, and maintaining inventory within the facility/region. You will also receive and validate invoices/returns/credits, and follow up on overdue/missing items.

Responsibilities
  • Order and manage inventory to meet business needs
  • Receive and validate invoices/returns/credits
  • Follow up on overdue/missing items
  • Work independently to resolve inventory discrepancies
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in computerized purchasing/stores/distribution
  • Grade 12 education
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • No travel required
  • No guaranteed hours
  • Must be available a minimum of 2 days per week
  • Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats & holidays
