As a Cosmetics Associate at Walmart Canada, you'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, developing your customer service and product knowledge skills. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, promoting products, resolving issues, and maintaining salesfloor presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when necessary.
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and identify high shrink items.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
  • Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager when required.
  • Provide awareness to customers about available cosmetic guidance and direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have previous retail or customer service experience.
