Purpose:

This role will support the Recovery & Remarketing department. What defines success in this role is the ability to work as a team utilizing strong technical and decision-making skills and the ability to embrace change. This is a high-volume fast-paced environment where you require strong attention to detail and the ability to adjust to the daily needs of the group

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing repossession files
  • Reviewing and approving RSLA liens
  • Conducting skip-tracing activities to locate missing debtors
  • Reviewing and approving vendor invoices
  • Approving reconditioning costs for motor vehicles
  • Pricing motor vehicles and setting reserve bids for auction sales
  • Providing bailiff, storage, and transportation companies approvals for actions and expenses
  • Speaking with bailiffs, storage companies, and transportation vendors for repossession updates
  • Other tasks required for Northlake Financial and other administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Confident judgment
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to constant change
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to cope with high pressure and tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 1-2 years experience in recovery and remarking or relatable field
  • Intermediate skill set in Microsoft 365 & Adobe
