We are on the lookout for a dedicated Brewer to join our dynamic team. As part of the brewing team, the Brewer will play a crucial role in overseeing brew house and cellar operations, ensuring top-notch quality and innovation in every batch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brewing Operations:

• Complete all tasks involved in crafting exceptional craft beers, from milling to packaging.
• Operate brewing equipment with precision and efficiency, while providing insights for equipment enhancement.
• Monitor brewing processes, adjust as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct sampling and maintain cleanliness to uphold quality.

Quality and Freshness:

• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure production quality.
• Perform tests to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to address any quality issues proactively.
• Champion product quality and freshness from production to delivery.

Health and Safety:

• Prioritize accident prevention and maintain a safe working environment.
• Contribute to safety improvements and uphold sanitation standards.

Project leads and Public Relations:

• Lead projects, assist with recipe development, educate team members, and present beer launches.
• Conduct beer education sessions, support sales efforts, and build relationships within the industry.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Brewing experience.
• Ability to lead project brews and work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with brewing equipment and processes.
• Physically fit to handle brewery tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
