Job Summary:

Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a safe and clean sales floor, and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service:
    • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
    • Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions
    • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns where appropriate
  • Delegate and Assist with Customer Availability Process:
    • Delegate, assist, and follow-up on completion of tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks
    • Delegate, assist, and follow-up on completion of price changes and feature sets
    • Delegate, assist, and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area
  • Support Sales Floor Operations:
    • Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed
    • Support with recovery and zoning activities
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment:
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures
    • Ensure displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris
  • Support Associate Development:
    • Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage
    • Train, coach, and offer feedback to associates
Compensation:

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.15, with rate of pay determined based on relevant experience.
