As a Plumber, your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing sinks, showers, toilets, water coolers, ice machines, and other plumbing fixtures
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in AHUs, hot water heating equipment, and water treatment piping systems
  • Replacing washers, faucets, and broken pipes
  • Performing preventative maintenance on fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, and other equipment
  • Unplugging and clearing drainage piping, and repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings
  • Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Qualification for Plumber
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Physical ability to perform the job
  • Demonstrated technical skills
