About the Role

This is a hybrid role that involves working on the dock, loading and unloading packages from conveyor belts and trucks, or delivering packages to customers.

• Pay: $18.17-$20.58 per hour
• Hours: 25 hours per week - flexibility required

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily schedules
• Scan packages/mail as received, delivered, or returned to the depot
• Resolve problems while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-DVIR
• Unload curbside vehicles and load line haul trailers
• Scanning, cubing, and reweighing

Requirements

• Completion of High School
• Specific vocational courses
• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Experience

3 years of driving experience and a clean driver's abstract

Skills

• Domestic Shipping
• Courier Services
• Shipping and Receiving Operations

Physical Efforts

Physical strength - lifting/lowering up to 70 pounds
