Pattison Agriculture Limited seeks a Parts Technician to join their team in Kamsack, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service experience
- Stock and organize parts room
- Answer phone inquiries related to parts department
- Advise customers on additional parts for repairs or services
- Assist in other areas of parts department as needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Parts and machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in parts department environment
- Journeyman Parts Designation (asset)
