Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Guide customers through our range of stylish frames and support those who see themselves through contact lenses for the first time
  • Exceed customer expectations through a shining, caring personality and a passion for delivering memorable experiences

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
  • No experience in optics necessary, but a desire to develop a range of career skills and reach your aspirations
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure and achieve excellent technical standards
  • Reliability and flexibility to work retail hours, including some later nights and weekends
